The Fine Print:

As per the New Zealand Copyright Act 1994 all artwork belongs to me and must not be sold or reproduced without my permission. 

Commissions: 

I will email you the finished result before mailing the commission to you.

If you would like any changes to be made during the process of creating the art, I need to know before it is complete, and there may be additional charges if it was not what was originally agreed upon.

If you are not satisfied with the artwork before I mail it, I will refund 75% of the total purchase cost back to you, keeping 25% for my time, and I keep the artwork as my own to sell or print as per the New Zealand Copyright Act 1994.

I cannot accept returns after mailing the item to you due to the nature of my work. 

Prints and Commissions:

I do not cover damage or loss of item in transit. If you would like to purchase insurance to cover in the event of your item getting lost or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so I can send you costings.

International: Roughly it will cost NZ$35 or above for insurance. 

Prints:

Prints are printed on 100% smooth rag paper right here in New Zealand, and is museum quality archival and independently tested and approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild. 

If there are any problems once receiving my print, please reach me straight away and I will try and remedy the situation.

Please read the terms above about damaged/lost items as I do not cover for this.
